More forgiving enemies

People in the subreddit say that losing a building isn't a fun mechanic, so I have addressed that this update.
**Update 9 patch notes**

Buildings are no longer destructable (instead you get a .-50% production debuff across all resources) |

Enemy Difficulty increases a bit faster |
Rebalanced times for starter missions |
Doubled the base speed of brickmakers, and removed brickmill 2 |

Rewrote and fixed many bugs with Expeidtions |
Clarified various tooltips |
Fixed various other small bugs |
