Huge QoL/Bugfix update

Fox Game is an incremental colony sim, I've spent over 600 hours coding, about raising foxes! It's a project I'm incredibly passionate about, and my ultimate goal is to quit my day job and dedicate myself to bringing it to life.

Major Changes
- Ability to Import/Export saves
- New Technology: Enhancements
- Resource production now continues to count up, while in another tab
- Foxes now attack enemies
- Enemies get a lot tougher over time
- You can now Prestige after reaching the end of the current content

Quality of Life updates
- Added a Pause button
- Added Mute Sound/Music buttons
- Menus are now scrollable!
- Save files are now encoded, to minimize cheating
- Gather Meat and Compress Brick buttons can be held for auto gathering
- Added production speed under each resource
- Added confirmation popup before deleting game data
- Foxes become transparent when mosued over
- Threat bonus renamed to threat modifier
Balance Updates
- Punishment for high threat level increased from -20% to -30%
- Moved the research "brick mill" to much earlier in the game
- Brick compression cooldown: 12s -> 1s
- Laboratory IQ production bonus: 20% -> 5%
- Libraries IQ production bonus: 20% -> 0%
- Libraries Max IQ: 25 -> 5
- Laboratory cost: 21 bricks -> 12 bricks
- Sundial cost: 2 iq -> 1 iq
- Tilling cost: 4 iq -> 2 iq
- Merge cost: 7 iq -> 3 iq
- Tower Defence: 7 iq -> 5 iq
- Scouting cost: 12 iq -> 7 iq
- Fast Merge cost: 40 iq -> 30 iq
- Cocoa research price: 16 iq -> 70 iq and 150 bricks
Bug fixes
- Barns now unlock, even if meatfarms are merged
- Brick Compressor price fixed
- Speed building, nougat & schematics save correctly
- Brick Mill didn't do anything, now it does
- Brickyard max brick output corrected
- Expanded Barns no longer give exponentially more max meat per barn
- Compress Brick's cooldown now continues while in other tabs
- Capacity numbers in tooltips are no longer affected by threat level
- Splitting turrets at the edge of your base, no longer crashes the game
- Farmer description clarified
- (Hopefully) fixed a glitch that caused falafel to stop dropping
